If you are not happy for any reason just call or email us for a UPS at your door pickup at no charge to you. We accept returns for any reason and we always pay the return shipping. If you ordered the wrong size or expected anything differently we will at our expense pick your order up and issue you a full refund. Even if you tried a few from a box, you will still receive a full refund on that box and you can keep the carts you used for testing. Please do not return any filled carts, just keep those and we will still credit you back for them.
For obvious reasons we do not accept filled cartridges as returns. We operate on the honor system, so you can keep any carts that have been filled and still get a full refund without having to send them back.
In the unlikely event that your carts are damaged in shipping you can still accept the order and receive a discount on the damaged boxes or have your order replaced or have a cash refund, you decide. All orders being sent out for damage replacement are shipped via next day air if received by 4pm EST. We pay all shipping costs included the return freight back to us as well as the overnight express air shipping charges.
We know of no other cart retailer with a satisfaction guarantee like ours. We hope that you never have any issues when buying from us, but if you do, you will have many options to help correct the issue.
